Very compact machine essentially dedicated to pack in case, carton boxes containing coffee capsules, starting from an open blank.
Easy to use for the operator, it is equipped with a very intuitive color HMI panel with which the operator can sets all the machine configurations.
The machine is equipped with a carton infeed conveyor belt, and can be combined in line with any Tinarelli cartoning machine or with existing lines of other suppliers, integrating into the customer’s factory layout.
The magazine is easy to load, the case is formed using a former and cases are filled from the side.
The machine is adjustable and can manage the classic “master” packages found in points of sale
The closure is glued on all sides, with or without a lid.
Final package output on continuous motion conveyor belt, where various types of Printers can be settled (Ink jet printers, laser printers, print-and-apply label applications)
Possibility to have final package accumulations at the exit, or connection to automatic palletizing systems.
